Ssme here only I used hot Italian sausage this time instead of bacon. Gives a chewier texture and not that much difference in flavor.

Getttin' to be that time of year when this is almost a weekly occurrence. I've been told to bring some for the pre-dinner snacks but only a single batch so people don't fill up

Yes I make the version in the paragraph instead of the one with the itemized ingredients. Either one will certainly work though.
