Congrats Ray! That is a milestone I want to see me achieve also. Not sure if I'll be alive when it happens, but ya never know.  :laugh:
 
Congratulations Ray!  I hope to make the same announcement in a few years.  The wife and I have tightened the purse strings and are paying extra on the mortgage every month to get out from under it.
 
Congrats Ray...huge accomplishment.  Can't wait to read about all the scotch and cigars you'll be buying with that freed up income.
