Well that took a good hour to read.

Gentlemen, I can't express how put off I am by Shawn's behavior. I hired this kid and I do mean kid of only 26, 2 month's ago because he appeared to have promise.

Bottom line is you lie to me and you're gone and he now is in fact terminiated.

Now I have to tap sources to find Opus X's he's promised. If I can't find them I'll throw you a discount on something else. Thanks so much to Rocky for pointing this out to me because this could have gone on and on. BTW yes our AF prices are high, we have to stock these over 30 days so taxes are included into the price if you want a deal on a box please call me directly.

If you guys ever see another employee post anything on CigarPass.com other than me ever again and you're the first to let me know I'll give you $100 store credit thank's Rocky please call me tomorrow so I can send you a nice bomb in the mail for the trouble you went through.

Guys as much as it pains me to inform you. I have terminated Shawn's employment with this company effective today he no longer works for this company. He has apparently made up a customer by the name of Mike Jessup and ordered product from ImportCigars.com under that name.

Then came on these boards as well as others to try and earn business. He encouraged me to sign up for these forums from e-mails sent to me as "Mike Jessup" and put our specials on these boards for his "friends"

It appears he has lied not only to me but to you as well and that is not acceptable behavior from one of our employees. Thanks to Rocky at CigarPass for sharing this info with me I wouldn't have known otherwise.

Please accept my appoligies for Shawn's behavior. From now on none of our employee's except for myself will be allowed to talk on these or any other forums about our products and services.

For you're having to deal with this frustration and dishonesty on the behalf of one of my employees I will extend a discount to those of you he said he was working "deals" on.

And NO we can't get Opus X's....sheesh you have no Idea how pissed I am right now.

I'm not convinced. Their web site has a lot of really high prices and I don't like how they list everything showing a "Suggested Price" and then a great big discount.........who's suggested price? They certainly aren't MSRP

I was referring to the fact that Chris came here and resolved the issues as soon as he found out what was going on and that clearly the actions of his employee do not represent how CigarImport is looking to do business.

As for their pricing, maybe some of their prices are better on some things then others.

We all know the deal with Fuente and how the handle their accounts and what it takes to get established.

I have not looked at their prices, but in my book, Chris has stepped up, set the records striaght and put it out there that he will personally deal with any one at CP who has any questions or issues.

Isnt this what we want from our members, accountibility.
