I need a new active humidifier. I do not need an Avello or Staebell unit, just one of the other cheap(ish) ones like the Hydra that just failed that I bought in 2008 or 9. So now I am looking for a replacement, leaning toward the LeVeil or the Humidicup

Talked with the customer service at LeVeil, and the Bluetooth adapter will let you change the settings of the physical unit, but I am not sure that is the case.

I have been a fan of the Oasis unit and heard nothing but positive reviews. My Commander uses one at work in his custom 400 count humidor and swears by it.

I should also mention that I have a few pounds of beads, but the original materials if the old fridge, and my skills mean I a pretty sure I am not 100% sealed, so the active device helps but the beads do the heavy lifting

I bought the Humi Care EH ($85 on CBid) after my 20+ year-old Cigar Oasis died. I ripped out the green foam and put in some Prestige Import crystals. It has been working flawlessly for about 18 months. I don't pay much attention to the digital read out and rely on my Govee app. I also bought an auxillary fan for a couple bucks to help circulate better in my Aristocrat Mini.
