I know I am new here, but I had a great time at this place and wanted to see if anyone else has been there. It's called Max's on Broadway in Baltimore, MD they have a great little cigar shop on the side of it that you can take your drink into and enjoy your cigar with some great people...Anyways if you have been there I would love to hear about your time there.

The guy that works on the Cigar side, his name is Roger. If he is there you should ask him about his life and travels, really fun to talk to. You will have tell him Stephen the Coast Guard guy says Thanks for all the cigars and stories.

Max's Taphouse? It's a great place, Eat and drink on one side and after your done eating you can bring your drink next door and light up a smoke. Right near the waterfront in Fell's Point. Whenever I visit friends in the area, we have to herf there to start things off.

I'm not sure of the morning hours but we smoked there until about 1:30 am, you just can't smoke on the bar/restaurant side. You can order drinks and bring them over, although theres not alot of seating on the Cigar side, there is 6 big leather chairs and a bench or two, although I was standing on and off going around talking to the different folks there. As for the ban, I was there in July and that was the only place we could smoke indoors.

They separated part of the bar side in order to "circumvent" the smoking ban. It's quite an attraction actually. People from the street will walk in and browse around. Everyone wants a pic with the cigar indian outside.
