Just a heads up, but all the Smoke from the Oaks I've had from the first release have been sour, and gushed like crazy. Definitely chill it down before you crack it open.

Most reviews I've read of Batch 1 seem to indicate an infection. Unless you've kept it at fridge temperature (around 40 degrees) it's probably gone downhill.
