1 of the 4 I was sent was real Cuban tobacco and actually a damn good cigar. (Monte EL robusto band)

1 of the 4 I was sent I dropped on the pool deck and kicked into a hot tub full of naked people. (Esplendido)

1 of the 4 I was sent had a big crack in the wrapper and thus, not smokable. (Cohiba Siglo IV)

1 of the 4 I was sent is still in a humidor, as I'm pretty sure it's not real. (Partagas SD EL)

as long as "people" = hot females, and you dove in after it to "save" it, then there's no reason to mourn the loss. :D

You dropped the right one!! ;)

I know if I had a tub full of naked girls, i would have said "tub full of naked girls." As it stands...perhaps that esplendido found a home.

I usually post sarcastic and sardonic responses... And sometimes, I even engage in flame wars... But this time, I'm just going to raise some serious questions.

I'm very skeptical of the many claims of donating medications and surgical equipment to Cuba. Are you visiting Cuba as a kind hearted philanthropist, or as a businessman interested in purchasing cigars?

I'm sure you are aware of the many licenses needed to donate equipment. Many individuals take what they can to Cuba, and don't bring anything back. The only thing gained for them is the satisfaction of having done something good. However, you seem to indicate that you go there to drop off medical supplies "and pick up hard to get cigars in the process." So the question begs asking; would you drop off supplies even if you didn't get any cigars in return?

Understand that I have a tiny bit of experience in the medical field... What supplies are you taking down there? With whom are you coordinating your efforts? Too many questions, and not enough time to write them down...

Oh... it's not our respect that you should earn, but rather the respect of the people that you are trying to help down in Cuba.

i have a lot of respect in cuba, their are very few people in my position that can have the time and boat size to bring signifcate amounts.

this time i have 20 boxes 16x16 of drugs mostly prescripion samles from doctors, 5 boxes of clothes 24 cases of shampoo sunscreen and lotion and 3 boxes of surgical equipment
my dr friend is head surgon of a hosp in havana. i send him lists of what i am bringing and he gets it cleared through ICAP, i am then assured the donations will go to him and the people free. if you just bring donation to cuba it will end up in a government store.

i bring back a few cigars to finance my trip, so no i would not be able to afford this other wise.

Vitasea, just out of curiousity, where have had success selling the cigars so far? Have you done it on the internet, or have they been "private" sales? I assume you solicited more people than just us, and had more success elsewhere, since you have funded another trip. I could be assuming wrong. Just curious as I said.

Regards,

John Kilroy

This is certainly true... but people can taste what a particular line of cigars should taste like. I've never tried to give you any grief vitasea... I'm just trying to tell you that you need to have a long talk with your friends in Cuba... because they are misrepresenting things to you.

Mr. Sea,
where do you buy them from in Cuba? ???

only to find out it's all over and everbody is already in the bar knockin' back shots and puttin' ice on they scrapes....
