The couple of posts above this one mentioned Jeff. I apparently made a mistake correlating two separate thoughts. It came across to me that you would wait to see if Jeff was going to check in. Obviously, I was wrong. I apologize for my misunderstanding.

I didn't stipulate the requirements. Generally contests are reserved for active members with 4 or more months and a trade or bomb exchange.

As for the second part of my post, I was just trying to make a suggestion to post some general rules for contests, in the event that they are accidentally left out of the post. The “normal” rules is what I am referring to. Been here “X” amount of time, participated in “X” activities, etc. That way it’s black or white. You either qualify or you don’t. However, it’s your contest, your rules, and your decisions. Again, I apologize for any confusion I caused, and am just damn glad to be here!

Oh ok... yeah you were wrong. I think I pretty much go the extra mile to show I'm not shady. But people see things in their own light. If I wanted to wait for anyone I would message them before hand. My tagging Mr. Jeff was in a joking manner about being a "dick". That's all. We do it quite often.

As for the second part. You are absolutely correct about posting who is eligible. I usually do, but this started out as an interest thread and I lazily just ran with it. Not an excuse because that shouldn't happen. I appreciate you saying so too. My apologies for that. It was not acceptable. I should have known better.

I especially apologize to @Togoss if I made him feel disconnected.
