Supposedly not even the taxes, even though they are off the wall but apparently not as bad as the rent.

I'm sure it was a rent issue as that is a great spot. They still have the other two stores.

I have only been to NYC a few times, but this was one of the places that I always go. It is tough making a living selling cigars anymore.
