Matts talking about some of the original FOG's. The board crashed and everyone had to resign back up so member numbers can be misleading..... besides, I'm too young and handsome to be a FOG. :p

As for the rest of this BS..... move on! We all have our own idea of who threw out the first insult.

Actually, the board didn't crash. In early 2000 I launched the board using a forum program called "DForum". There wasn't anything else really available, the other programs were expensive and not worth the money. Around 2001 we switched to YaBB, which was ok, but not the best. Then we moved to Ikonboard, which was better, but had too many bugs. Now we're with IBForums, and we'll be sticking with. Even paid for the board! Actually, come to think of it, Ikonboard didn't have a conversion tool from YaBB, so that's why we're missing a years worth of posts. YaBB was being driven into the ground and I wanted to get away from them. There's a little history. The first two members I remember are Matt and RAF (the crazy guy who did ultimate fighting and got thrown into some barbed wire once).
 
I think Matt had this confused w/ some porn site, hence him signing up so quickly.

BTW.............Seems to me some deletion DOES go on here. Not just threads or topics either........Entire Forums to be exact. Didn't there used to be a NEWS & POLITICS Forum that was vaporized because of a few posters (and an anonymous one yet to be outed) lacked the maturity to engage in conversation that was a bit controversial, yet informative and entertaining :0

Yeah, I thought Rocco was a strange mofo.. herfed with him a few times and turned out to be a pretty cool mofo. Wonder what ever happened to him?? Now, quite the opposite happened when I met Rod. I thought he was a pretty cool mofo and then when we herfed, it turned out that he's a pretty strange mofo. :sign: :sign:

Ayuh, that is eezackly right. I log in one day and the board's gone. So I went over to Freddie's old board, Loversoftheleaf.com and hung out there for a while and then rediscovered CP. Had to re-register and got some high assed member number and now noone will ever see Samclemmons NEWBIE posts cuz they gone with the LOTL.com and CP original boards. I weren't never no newbie nohow... I was just new. Longevity don't mean squat anyway... all it means is you didn't get run off which could mean a couple a things...
