Am i out of hope for these cigars arriving?

Hello Folks,
I made an order with RS*P on the 7th of this month and its has said processed through ISC New York NY facility since the 8th and there has been zero movement since... Do any of you think there is still a chance or will i be getting the letter? Hope they arrive as i have never had any trouble with ordering from them. Thanks for any thoughts and enjoy your Cubans in good health.

Thanks CigarStone im hoping thats what happens here. I try to take into consideration the large storm as well so hope is till there. Take care.

Here is a pic of a box sold on BondRoberts about 3 years ago and they are also September 1997. Cool looking tubes too.

I've also had them sent back to the shipper and do that. No explanation other than customs didn't like something on the declaration page. However, your initial assumption would be my first thought.
I'm curious.... That vendor is fast, but if I'm reading correctly, you're saying the order was placed on the 7th, and the next day on the 8th was showing it was at ISC NY?
 
I think I placed the order on the 5th and it was shipped the 7th. Here is a Pic of the current status on USPS...

This is such a bummer!

No matter how many boxes of cigars you buy, it is always an anxious moment, or month, between ordering and opening!
 
I figure its a 50/50 like it was playing Roulette in Laughlin the last 2 weekends. My wife and I went 3 weeks ago for the weekend and then our daughter came to visit. We told her we would do whatever she wanted and damned if she didnt say go to Laughlin for the weekend with us so for a second weekend in a row we packed up and drove 2.5 hours and never once told her we had went the weekend before. Came route 66 back and stopped at the Grand Canyon Cavern tour place and got some drinks and popcorn. Nice cool place but man the absence of traffic on that section of route 66 is crazy. Not a car for miles. Anyway sorry to ramble you fine folks have a great weekend and if the shipment arrives by chance I will absolutely post. Take care and enjoy your Cubans in good health.
 
Just a little FYI. I had some non Cubans get stuck in NY coming from Hong Kong for almost 3 weeks. They showed up just short of a month of travel. They were in Customs for like 10-11 days then just in NY PO for another 5-6 before they took almost a week to get to Cali. There is hope.

FYI They were Bond Roberts. So I knew I wasn't getting the letter.
 
Thanks CohibaSurfer. New York seems to be the one place that if trouble can arrise it will. Sometimes New York is like a Cuban vacuum and other times its not. If they dont arrive I get a refund or reshipment so its not a huge deal but I have never had an Upmann Majestic and do want to try one. Like to have those and age them for a few years then break one out.

Have you tried the Bond Robert’s yet or the Puro Desnudos? What’s your thoughts on them?
