Its been about 2 years or so since I've posted on CP...... now I remember why... not a one of you mofu's sent flowers.
Really appreciate the shout outs and prayers. You can bet I was saying a few of my own. The day before yesterday was better than yesterday and today was better than that so recovery is doing its thing. Life changing as one can imagine. I can tell you baked potatoe chips suck. For that fact, anything baked sucks. I mean really.... no fried foods? They should have let me go in peace.
As for the duck hunting, I was in the marsh on Sunday, Jan 23rd for our season closing. When we finished and were walking back the good lord sent me a warning in the way of a slight chest pain. Of course little did I know. The pain disappeared almost as fast as it came and I passed it off as something I ate. Early morning of the 26th, 2 1/2 days later, another message came and this time I knew something was wrong and off to the hospital we go. Long story short the doctors were going to put stents in and while on the table things went bad in a hurry.
Floyd my brother, your calls were very much appreciated. Trust me, she had a rougher go of this than I and your comforting words and reassurance helped her through. Thank You! We better get to the blind soon.
And one last shout out to all of the 2010 CPFFL losers... I think most of yall are on here..... na na na na naaaaaa na! Amatures!
