I would eat that for sure. Sorry that you go to all that effort and it doesn't get appreciated.Every year I make Baccala for the Feast of Seven Fishes.(That's salt cod for you non-Mediterranean types) Served with EVOO, lemon juice, garlic and orgeno at room temp. Every year I'm the only one who eats it.
