Adventures In Home Inspection (Some May Be NSFW)

Not home inspection related, but the person selling this home is really into Halloween. I don’t know how she found tires that say Michael Myers. Thought it was vulcanized on, but she said it’s all solid rubber. Even the sun roof has something to offer. 9C68CE18-F3A0-404A-8C38-59F1AB4A5A82.jpeg94533F9A-81EB-452F-A8B1-326758FE65A5.jpeg68EF2D49-288F-4C80-9EB0-DDB86DA450E9.jpeg

They're not exposed! They are wire nutted! Come on man, play the close ones!
Until one day you’re blindly reaching under the sink trying to find your Costco sized bottle of Astroglide you had….. You regretfully find out a wire nut fell off and forget all about why you were searching for it.

In all honesty, do you ever find questionable things and place them next to areas marked as needing repair on your inspection, just so the homeowner finds it. Or, are you like, ‘fuck it, this will make a good story for more than one of us.’
