Acid Kuba Kuba --- No thanks!

I smoked my first (and last) Kuba Kuba last September; it was a gift to me from another smoker who loves them enough to buy them by the box (Good Lord)! That stick was the strangest cigar I've ever smoked -- not badly made and did have some good tobacco flavor, but who wants to taste all those other flavors?...and that sweet cap! Oy! :whistling:

I smoked a Kuba last night and had the same reaction most of you did. While it was a nicely constructed cigar, it burned evenly and ashed beautifully, I thought it tasted like soap. My two next door neighbors love Kuba's and told me to bite my tongue when I said it was sub-par.
