LOL . . . true that.  But he DID actually put the gov't online.  Pretty much ALL of it, as I recall.  
 
Hey, remember when you could actually get to the end of the internet? I do!!!  No, really, back when you'd "search within results" with additional keywords---you'd start out with 40K "hits" and work it down to maybe a dozen that were exactly what you were looking for. 
 
And even back then, somewhere on the very first page of results, no matter WHAT you were looking for, no matter WHAT words you used, somewhere on that first page would be a site advertising "Hot Lesbian Porn."
