OK guys, here’s an updated list;

Friday evening, Feb 20, will be laid back with no specific plans for food, just relaxing, visiting, etc. We might send out for pizza or something. Just whatever we all want to do.

Saturday will be most all day. Pot luck is the order of the day. Everyone try to bring a main dish plus maybe a side or a dessert. As discussed, if you are driving a long way, just do the best you can with store bought etc. If nothing else, we’ll send out for a bucket of chicken or something.

We got lot's of folk in the DFW area so plan to come out and see Dean. If you have never been to Tobacco Road in Arlington, shoot me a PM, I'll give you directions. Jim also has one of the better stocked humidors in the area. Lots of good stuff to browse in there.

Post here if you plan to come and aren't on the list. It’s gonna be a good time for sure.

I'm there. Big Frank will be there. I think a few more will be there, too. I won't be there Friday until late. I'm taking my FCA kids to some stuff. I'll be there Sat all day, though.
 
OK, so who's bringing what? We need meat, sides, I'm sure Frank will bring some desert. High of 63 with 0% chance of rain, sounds like grilling weather. I'll get charcoal and whatever else I need to bring. We'll need some cups, plates and plastic ware. Paper towels will be food, too. I'll put together another mini pass. Everyone bring some cigars for OpFTH.

You guys better start calling what you're bringing before I assign it.
 
We are tentative for Friday night, but definitely on for Sat.

We'll be bringing a casserole with Sausage and Potatoes. We'll also be bringing a vege tray and a bottle of wine.
 
Plates, Napkins and Plastic Silverware would be great for me to bring given the long drive!

Edit to add: Cups and Paper towels are doable for me too. :thumbs:

It's not an easy hike....especially since I won't be visiting any casinos on this trip. :whistling:
 
come on people we've only got a few days to get this thing together. You remember the good old days when we had 15-30 people at these things? When we had enough food for everyone and then some!!! Come on now. What you gonna do for it?
 
Damn, I wish I was there for this but duty calls as you all know. Dean, enjoy your much needed R&R and the newly aqcuired BTLs. I'll be there in spirit...

Jay, since I am coming down on Friday and staying I will be bringing something store bought, I will pick it up saturday morning. So we can discuss whats needed Friday night and I will help cover that stuff.
