A birthday gift to myself, but in cardboard?

I received my 8-9-8's along with a few other goodies and for a brief moment, was a little nervous. I am used to other presentations of ISOM's however had never seen this type of "outter" packaging before. My God, did they throw 10 cigars in a crappy box? NOPE!

Hmm. You know they're illegal to own in the US. Hand them over, and I'll dispose of them properly. I won't even take a warrant.
