Tons of smoke, especially once you get into dark roast territory. I tend to do my roasting at night so my neighbors don't think the house is burning down 🤣
 
Greg!! You’re into something man! Very smooth and easy drinking. I’m typically a dark roast kind of guy but this is very good! Also, sometimes I forget how much caffeine you lose in a dark roast, I’m feeling pretty damn good this morning 🤣

That's the only bean I'll drink anymore.
Light to medium roast is where it comes alive and all the bright fruit flavors come out.
