Drew, you have new proposed P&T's yet?

Hey Jeff and Drew, you guys did get my message above about only sending me everything EXCEPT the pot of cigars (the tupperware container, humidifier, etc.) as soon as you get the box from Loren, correct?. Then when a winner is announced (as long as it's not one of you guys), then ship the pot of cigars off to the appropriate person.

In regards to your question, we get started playing as soon as Jeff and Drew pick up the box from Loren, complete their P&T's and get the stuff sent back to my me (with the exception of the pot of cigars).

Therefore, it's now in the Mafia's hands. ;)
 
Aaaaaahhhhhhh, back from Never-never-land.

When considering Fuente Hemingways, it's not just about price: there is also the availability premium. A Between the Lines may list for @$13, but try buying one. Were I to consider taking something like that, I'd value it at $18-$20. I'd give the other Hemis at least a 20% premium. As always YMMV.
 
Good point, Mel. Something to keep in mind with the last P&T's as well as the latest Hemingways that are being played. ;)

By the way, are you and your access to the internet back now? If so, welcome back from Siberia! :laugh:

Ok fellas, at last I have this box in my possession. Once again sorry its taken us all dang week to get ahold of this!

So Nick, would you like me to go ahead and get your tupperware in the mail before we play cards or should Drew and and I go ahead and pick our envelopes so we can end this waiting game?
 
Jeff - yeah, take your cards and send me everything except the pot of cigars that you boys are playing for. If either you or Drew is a lucky bastid, then you'll keep the pot. Otherwise, it will go out to the winner when we get done playing.


Okay boys, Jeff and Drew have their final P&T's posted, if there are any perceived issues, speak up now. Otherwise, if all looks good, we can get to playing some cards shortly. :thumbs:
 
Ok Nick, I need to ask a question here. I received the box from Loren and noticed there are only TWO (2) envelopes of cards left, one labeled "Partagas" and one labeled "H. Uppmann". In all likelihood I would have expected three...did Loren take one anyway even though he's not participating just so the game would flow as normal? If that's the case I just missed that somewhere. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't some kind of foul up. I want to wait until this is cleared before I send the tupperware back just in case...

Otherwise, P/T's are completed, sheet filled out and box ready to be sent back to you.
 
Jeff - my guess is that Loren must have taken an envelope (which I would have expected since it wasn't until later that he pulled out). Everything is good, no problem at all (but thanks for checking).

Okay then, sounds like we're almost ready to roll - just fire my stuff back to me and we'll get started playing very soon! :thumbs:
 
Yeah I just talked to him and he said he took one. I just wanted to make sure, like I said. I'm going to the post office right now...and this bird will fly. I'll post the DC when I get back. But Drew and I have our cards in hand and are ready to play!!!
 
Okay Ladies... the time has come! How lucky do you NOW feel? Here is how this needs to happen. Everyone needs to let me know how many cards they are discarding (3 maximum, unless you have a blind queen).

**VERY IMPORTANT**

Before you can get your new cards, you must let me know via pm what cards you are discarding.

Everyone Ready?

Once again - DO NOT tell me the envelope that you chose earlier - that way I have no idea what cards you have. I will only need to know the envelope you chose IF you win. ;)

Ooooooooh, Jeff is only taking a single card. Either he's got a good hand already, or is hoping for something special. :laugh:

One other thing boys - cards will be dealt out once ALL players have discarded. So if anyone is lagging behind, get on their ass! ;)
