3rd Annual Long Island, NY Herf @ Maxi's Cigar Lounge

Hey Scott..what is the best time to arrive? I asked about arriving early and you had said 1..did that change?

Yea, I asked Jack and said that he would prefer 1pm to give him time to set up and be ready. We will have plenty of time there guys, Maxi's is open until 11pm or even later so no worries.

Will it be cool to arrive a little early just to meet up and head to costco as a group for those that want the meat or bulk beer? I guess we'd just be taking up parking lot space at that point.
 
There is no lot at Maxi's, you have to park on the streets behind the store. He is located on a very busy main street with many store fronts, so he prefers that if you are staying for a period of time more then a few minutes that you not park in front of the place. (i guess other store owners complain to him)

Your best bet for parking in that area is across the street from his shop on the side streets.

Scott, you did a great job brother getting sponsors and you have a niice list of guests as well. I know the work it takes to put this type of event together. The benefit you are raising funds for will be very grateful as well as all of the S / BOTL that attend the Herf.
