I was in a car accident!

Love the signature, got to wonder if thats a new one... By the way I'll steer clear of this thread now. I'll let you Big Boys take the last laugh on the playground.

    Rating Cigars = Free Cigars..............Only @ Ch

Well, they need your email so they can send your "FREE Cigar Code". This, I am assuming, is what you will enter in while placing an order on the site, that lets them know to throw in the "FREE" Sampler with the purchase you just made.

I was in a car accident!

I'd love to hear what it takes to contribute to the community IYHO. Maybe I should go find a job that requires a little more responsibility and a greater risk factor. Or I could increase the amount of volunteer work I already do. Maybe I could vote in the city council elections, or write...

I was in a car accident!

I will, but only if you continue to flip your switch on an internet message board. Once again, so sorry I ruffled your feathers. By the way, I am glad to see you, as the most excellent and outstanding LEO, get a kick out of belittling someone who did not once belittle you personally. EDIT...

I was in a car accident!

Considering I have yet to be pulled over for any offense, or been in any trouble with the law... Seems to me you just focus more on the negative attention you get being a LEO than the positive, and you do not "like the results". Soooo sorry. Let me use the same exact stereotypes in the same...

I was in a car accident!

You know what, you're right. I'll just remain one of the many 'clueless' general public until I find myself in one of these multi-million dollar lawsuits, or in a situation at which my life is in danger. Everyone knows that cops face these every day, so when you keep throwing it into the...

I was in a car accident!

I try to say cops aren't perfect and I get torn down. I try to give some examples and it turns out that I am too "out of the blue" as to what goes on in the cop profession to question why they do things some citizens can't. With this whole "until you walk a mile in my shoes" cliche, everyone...

I was in a car accident!

One of my fellow golf team member 2 years ago got pulled over for going 90 something in a 70 on I-40. The cop was apparently being a smart ass to the guy who was only 17 and giving the usual "stupid youth today" speech. The guy driving took his ticket, but didn't like the way it was handled by...

I was in a car accident!

There are always those few who abuse which bring down a bad rap on the majority. I for one have been witness to several questionable acts by Memphis police officers that involved flying down the median/turn lanes just to get away from traffic. Or tailgating cars when they are going the exact...

    Ditch the tube?

Caps on. Best thing about the tubos as well, you can go golfing with several tubos and the last one you smoke 3 hrs into the round tastes just like the first one one the way to the golf course!

    Ditch the tube?

My tubos cigars, most specifically the Romeo y Julieta Clemenceaus, actually maintain the best "feel" to the wrapper than any of my other cigars that are in the humi outside of tubes. By "feel" as obviously mean the oily texture and sheen to the wrapper.

    Bead Question

This is why I am incompetant and had to edit my post. I flip-flopped the two jobs of the beads. However, if 90% of his beads are dry (white) like he says they are, and he needs to lower the humidity, then the beads should absorb the extra moisture (humidity) in the air and make them clear...

    Mini-Fridge-a-dor

Well the Fridge-a-dor has been completed and been running at 70-72.5F for a couple days now and anywhere from 63-68% humidity with the 65% beads. I am using a cheap Home Depot garden thermo-hygrometer for $15. I am about to return it though when by $30 Oregon Scientific arrives on Friday. I...

edit--nevermind I am completely ignorant apparently.

    What is this?

I bought three yesterday for $1.10 a pop. They are the Brevas. The Curly heads were $2.30 and a darker shade of wrapper than the Brevas. My basic opinion is it is a Swisher Sweet without that tangy taste that comes with the Swisher wrapper. It was a cheap 30min. pre-dinner smoke for me. I...

    Double Edged Swords

That's the first thing I said when I went in there. I was on an OpusX mission, since it'll be the cigar I smoke on my initiation night, and asked Lynn and she said they have been sold out for a week. I came back the next day and their daughter was running the shop and she went into the...

    Double Edged Swords

You are not kidding about the OpusX at TinderBox. The guy in there has been "sold out" for more than 2 weeks now, yet I know of 3 different cigar shops in Memphis that still have Fuente's, Perfexion X's, and Robusto's in stock.

    Double Edged Swords

The TinderBox at the Wolfchase Galleria (my local tobacconist) treats me well despite my young age and lack of experience. I am in there atleast 3 times a week and chatted it up for a while with one of the owners about my Mini Fridgador. They typically are closer to MSRP than any other...
