For the Super Bowl, I started off with a couple of Guinness at home, then had one Guinness and a bunch of Boulevard Irish Ale at the bar, then had a couple bottles of Sam Adams at the last bar. Final tally: at least one too many.

I haven't seen anything stating the Golden Cask is Cuban rum casks (everything I've read just says "Caribbean" rum), although there was a Balvenie Cuban Selection that used Cuban rum casks.

The Golden Cask is a "travel retail only" release, is stronger (47.5% ABV) and is un-chill filtered. The Caribbean Cask is 43%, and probably chill filtered. I can't find anything about the period spent in rum casks, but it could certainly be different, or different rums. I'd definitely get the...

I use the same method, unless I'm lighting a cigar outside in the wind, in which case I go in close and nuke the foot. But in most cases, if I'm smoking out in much wind I'm smoking a cheaper cigar anyway so I don't worry so much about it.

I suspect the key might be that if you're buying the phone and plan together, you have to buy the data plan because they use that money to subsidize the cheap(er) phone. If you go in with a phone you already own you may be able to just buy a voice plan for it.

Estate Stanwell Majestic, a much prettier stain than the picture shows, a warmer brown. Appears to be in great shape, just has a tiny pinprick-sized fill on the side of the bowl and a couple more on the bottom of the shank. Will clean it out tonight and give it a smoke in a day or two.

I'll chime in with the others here: on the foot it's mold. Also, I have had a couple cigars with some mold on the foot that I've smoked after chopping off an inch or so like BBS advised, and I didn't notice any issues. I did also cut open the chunk I lopped off to see if I could observe any mold...
