Got a cough Saturday afternoon. Today, I went to the dr and confirmed influenza a. I’m supposed to fly out to Mexico on Friday for a spring break vacation with my son. 95% sure that’s not going to happen for me.

A tornado just went thru n snapped a couple of power poles and the lines are laying on the road

Trees down, and moderate house damage.

I'd like to know how the heck house debris gets embedded in the siding on my house.

So, we lost some siding, soffits and facia, and the corner of the roof is lifted. The garage wall has been moved out, but still sorta on the foundation.

Six trees and four utility poles on or near my property snapped, and many others very damaged. We have (since Saturday) cut and removed 16 trees. The gas station 500 yards up the street looks totaled. Tractor trailers in the back lot were tossed.

BUT, today we have power and blue skies. I'm taking the day off from cleanup stuff.

P.S. I never realized how much I missed HOT WATER !
