I've never had the chance to meet Al in person, but I have purchased from him before. He took the time to call me and chat rather than being just another internet vendor. He's one of the best here.

When I first saw this thread title I was about to blaze away with both barrels. But then I read the thread and saw who wrote it so I was able to de-escalate.

Al is a good friend, businessman, and cigar know-it-all (in a good way). I don't shop anywhere else in town. I go in once a week and buy a couple of singles, but he treats me the same as if I had bought a box. If anyone is reading this and has not talked to or bought from this guy, you are missing out.
