Unconfirmed (at least by me) rumor has it that the 2nd wave of ESGs have shown up at Holt's with an MSRP tag of $17.50. I haven't been able to get down there and won't until tomorrow at the earliest. Anyone else care to confirm?

I just called and was told they didn't have them and didn't know when they would be getting them in. She made it sound like they were ready but hadn't hit the floor or gone to whoever they distribute to. Of course, that is just the feeling I got not what I was told.

I'll check today at Barclay Rex on 42nd St in NYC.

Just my .02 but for $17.50 MSRP, I would have to shop for something else.

My local B&M told me they can get a few boxes. They are calling to get prices, and I will be speaking with them later this afternoon. I will update after I speak with them again .

Nate, I was referring to their B&M on Walnut St. in Philly, not to their mail order business. Did you call a retail location or their 800 number?

No robusto sighting in NYC. They didn't know anything about the Siglos :whistling:

I'm with you Tim.

Anthony, they don't have Siglos at your local B&M? :whistling: :D

Hove no fear brothers/sisters,

I know a guy who has a friend who has an uncle that works in the Cohiba factory. He can get boxes of Sig VI's for $25 each!!! What a deal!

A 17.50 MSRP for a robusto when the same churchill retails for $18? What the hell is Ashton thinking? I was expecting a $3ish dollar price drop, at least...

Actually - I just looked at VSG MSRPs, the price difference between the Sorcerer and the Robusto is $.50 as well, so, this seems spot on as well (though the VSGs are half the price). Maybe retailers won't mark them up as much because they're smaller or something.

$17.50 for a robusto? No thanks.

The No. 20s (6.75 x 49) were going for $19.95 ea at a local B&M here. A couple were gone out of the box, so a buddy of mine got the remainder for what worked out to be around $17 ea. That much for a robusto does seem high...
