BGE Prime Rib Eyes! Wife made some killer sautéed mushrooms to go with them. Made loaded baked potatoes (on the BGE too), and Donella also made fresh cooked carrots. The chives are from our garden. I’ve died and gone to heaven!

Currently smoking two pork butts on the Rec Tec for some pulled pork tonight. Also going to smoke some Mac-n-cheese to go with and the wife is going to whip up some coleslaw. Will be sure to snap a pic to share later.
John I don't know how to put this so I'm just going to come right out and say it; I've pleasured myself several times this week while looking at this picture. There, I said it and now it's out there. I have zero regrets.

Yeah, switched it up with cheddar,Gouda, and Colby jack for the cheese this time. Came out great.

Grilled up a surf n turf meal for my sister-in-law tonight as we wish her farewell. Time flies! She was 13 when I started dating my wife and now she’s accepted a position as a meteorologist with the NWS in San Angelo, TX. Very proud of her but it makes me feel old
