It would be sorta cool to let Paul try one.. maybe he could sample your brew and an IPA from Trillium side by side. Trillium is his local brewery.

Dude, Trillium is so good. I need a new mule, to send me Trillium cans.
I might need to start being nice to Paul, if he's going to get me some juicy IPAs

Both. I've heard of some who've had bottle conditioning issues with IPAs but I don't have a 5gal keg so.... both! haha

Did you package your brew yet?
I did! Kegged a gallon, and bottled the rest. Not sure how the bottles will turn out but the keg is already almost kicked. Delicious recipe and I plan on making it again! Supper fresh hoppy and juicy. Exactly what I was looking for!
