Last night had a Camacho Liberty 2005 flat and uninspiring, followed by a Tatuaje 10th Anniversary Bon Chasseur.

Tried a fresh Johnny O Presidente. Pretty fantastic. Too cold outside for this format until Spring but it was worth it.

Those damn things are hit or miss for me. Only a couple have ever made my ears perk. Perfection No. 2 seems to be my sweet spot. Unfortunately given the fact there are so many in the line, a second job may be in order for most to sample them all.

A few years back the Opus was amazing. Now it seems many of the boutiques have caught up and perhaps surpassed Mr.X.

Nice. What's your tasting notes on those.

Overall medium to full with good tobacco taste. Creamy with some spice becoming sweet toward the finish.

These cigars have aged nicely.

Smoked a Palma Real maduro churchill. A true dog rocket while hanging Christmas lights. I don't know why I do that to myself.

That's a matter of preference. I still prefer the Opus X to a lot of other cigars.
