My Crazy Wife

Thought we need a thread about our Significant Others. This week my wife did something I'd never thought she'd do. She bought a years supply of meat from Capital Meat. Contrary to their market style the meat has been really good. Luckily the year has another month before we can get more meat, but I'm totally surprised by this. This is something I would do and never thought in a million years she would do this. I actually refrain from buying meat from the back of someone's truck to avoid getting an earful of shit that I would I doubtfully receive from her if I did this myself. She asked if she was a genius or and idiot. I asked who she is and what she did with my wife! Anyway, I've been enjoying the steaks. That's my wife!

It must be in the air, cuz my wife is being amazing too...she told me to go outside and enjoy a cigar while she cooks a few meals for during the week and then she said she's going to clean the house!!!!

Last weekend it was around 70 degrees and we were outside trying to get a few chores that needed done prior to full winter setting in.

While outside performing some of these fall chores, my wife tells me, " You should take your "Hog" (motorcycle, not something else) and go for a ride, since this will

be the last warm weekend". So being a deligent husband, I took her up on the offer while she completed the yard work.

Even after 29 years together she always thinks of me. She's a keeper, that's for sure.

I always tell her that she could have done better.

This weekend I had a Crossfit competition, I had to leave early for Athlete sign in and to go over the rules and standards for each exercise. Knowing that it is going to be a long grueling day, but with limited space in my gear bag, and did not have that much food/water to sustain me. When the Comp starts, she shows up with a whole roasted chicken, 6 roasted sweet potatoes, apples, oranges, boiled eggs, and water……and she also came with a shit load of motivation!!!!
