How we met our significant others.

Apparently my wife and I were in the 4th grade together - I don't remember it but she has the class picture to prove it. We started dating in high school after she briefly dated a buddy of mine (all still friends). Ended up getting married the year after I graduated law school.

Met my wife between classes. When we were both freshmen at LSU we had Honors Western Civ. and Honors Calculus back to back. I started talking to her on the walk between classes. We started "studying" together. We'll have been married 13 years on the 29th this month with two little boys. It has worked out fairly well.

I met my wife right before my junior year in high school, we talked a little bit during that year. Then the summer before my senior year we started dating seriously. I was a baseball player, and she was a cheerleader, I would go to all the football/basketball games that she cheered at, and she went to all my baseball games.

We have been together for almost 15 years now, and married for almost 6 years.

Met my wife at work. She was the department accountant and I was the Engineering Director so we interacted a lot. We got to know each other at a company Christmas party when we snuck out to go watch a band in the bar. The rest is history…

An employee invited her to our company Christmas party, It was a set up. Ultimately, I married the girl and fired the employee.

(literally) bumped into my wife at a bar, after appologizing, We exchanged numbers (she asked for mine first) And we went out on a date a week later, and been together ever since.

I met my soon to be wife in a humidor. I was temporarily working in NY subcontracting some Plumbing work. It was the Friday before Superbowl 40. I could have gone to the game and lots of parties in Detroit, had I not had a job to finish, so I was kind of bummed out. I went to the local B&M which is connected to a bar and steak house for some food and a cigar. I had cigars, but I saw this cute girl working and had to introduce myself and buy more cigars. We've been together since and I have made NY my home with her. She also its my best friend so I'm pretty lucky.

This was at the QSH last year, the day after I proposed, so she was showing off her ring. Thanks for the pic MOBIG.

I had a marketing 310 (research) class in my Senior year. There was this hot blonde that sit in the front every day. I was in a relationship, so didn't talk to her or anything. Then one day a few weeks after I had broke up with my girlfriend, the hot blonde was late to class. She had to sit in the back row, right next to me. Needless to say, we went out on a few dates, started dating exclusively, and about 8 months later packed up the U-Haul after graduation and moved 1,200 miles to Washington State.

We dated for about 2 years and have been married for 19 years this July. Needless to say, she is also my best friend and I don't know what I would do without her in my life. We have been through some really tough things with a Special needs child, bad health issues and major accidents. Most couples would have been divorced by now. Here is a picture of her from my companies 100 year anny party in '07.

Haha Doc! ;)

She found me online, messaged, called, met, dated for 3 years, proposed, married a year later on 8/6/11.

Love her with all my heart, after all she is the one who bought me my first humidor!

Met my future wife in Tech School after basic training. We were there for different training, but lived in the same dorm complex. I remember that my first encounter with her, she was sitting with one of my friends at the dining hall during dinner. We were both from PA, so she asked where. After my buddy stumbled around trying to explain, I drew her a rough sketch of Pennsylvania on a napkin with two stars for each of our locations. We went our separate ways at the end of training, but kept in touch (we were sorta kinda maybe a bit serious about each other at that point), and a year later I went to go visit her on Guam for two weeks. We decided that we were going to get married while I was there, and just a few months shy of 15 years later we are still like those same kids in love (though the rest of life has made us old...). After all this time, she still teases me about using a napkin as a pickup line accessory. However, after all this time, she still has that napkin...

I met her in law school. I was a third year student and she was a first year. I was sitting around with some fellow soul-less soon to be lawyer friends inspecting the new crop of ladies in school when one of them looked across the room at Ashley and said 'Wow...she rocks my world.' I told him 'too bad you're ugly but watch the master at work'. Well, it took me FOUR YEARS of effort but I finally convinced her to marry me. 10 years on and life is great...

Met mine on Match.com almost 8 years ago. When people ask where we met I always tell them "I bought her on the internet".

I'm a Korean American Adoptee, and my wife is a Korean native. When people ask, I tell them she's a mail order bride, and that I should have ordered a cheaper Southeast Asian wife. My wife has grown to just laugh. ;)

Married 6 years. Still my best friend. We just got back from a late night grocery shopping spree and came home and made green bean casserole at 11:30pm, just because I felt like it and because we could.
