So is there a 2 box minimum, or is shipping $22.50 for a single box? Seems a little steep given that shipping from Hong Kong can be free, and there you are in the Caribbean. :)
 
All Right then... Shipping is FREE to all memebers of CP. :D

Make an order and typr in "Memeber of CP" in comment section. You also get the FREE USD$ 15.00 and under cigar included. Type your choice in comment section also.
Right now the shopping cart will calculate shipping cost until my tech support upgrades. You are not billed online so i will just deduct the shipping charges.

Seems like a damn fine gesture to me. :thumbs: Haven't there been discussions about customer service recently? Nice move Damian. :)
 
Yes.We had a Cat 5 hurricane in Sept 04 which put the island under 5 feet of salt water alone and sustained winds of 205mph, ocean surges of 8 feet (Grand Cayman is flat as a pancake geograpically).
85 % of island was detsroyed including all phone company exchange's which took months to repair. (We had no e-mail access).

I have four stores now renovated ,losing 2 1/2 in the storm. Then our a couple of weeks later our Distributor Cimex SA decides to relocate thier offices to Curasau which took them months to set up and in planning thier move they cut back on thier inventory of Cuban cigars. We eventially had to go to Habanos S.A headquarters in Havana and complain due to the lack of supply and now thier new name is Caribbean Cigars Corp N.V. (view their conatct details on Habanos S.A website) is operational now and we are getting a fabulous supply which I am expecting another order in 2 weeks.
.... and then I got hit again with a double hip surgery which i was out for 2 months in hospital. :(

Good news is that Cayman has recovered in number of time due to our great economy and the beaches are piled high with beautiful white sand.Hot as hell though now that the trees are just starting to recover. :laugh:... I am walking
again :D ...and I am back at the helm :D

Unfortunately at the time of my surgery I was the only person who dealt with all internet orders so I had another staff member fill in as best she could.
So orders took a bit more time to process as she tried her best being that she had no training or experience in this dept.

Well...I am back now and 100% ready to bring back that great customer service we once had and more... :thumbs:

I was wondering too, generally speaking, are the prices of singles always around twice what they would cost if you bought a box?

For example - Psp2 Box - $218, Singles $16.50
or Siglo II Box $222, Single $14.88

Perhaps that's just the way it is, and more motivation to buy whole boxes.

I spoke with Damian on the phone today. Seems like a nice guy. He says the prices on singles are high because he can sell whole sealed boxes duty free, but not singles.

But the free shipping as well as a free $15 single cigar are nice!
 
Wow. All I can say is wow. I may have placed an order Wednesday and it may have shown up TODAY. :thumbs: Can't confirm the free shipping as my CC may not have been charged yet. But you cannot beat 2 day shipping (especially if it is free for members of CP). I may be VERY impressed...

EDIT: I can confirm that there were no shipping charges. :thumbs:
