I just received my Whynter SNO WC-28S 28 (thermoelectric) wine cooler and have noticed that the cooling fan constantly runs.
If I tun the temp settings down I can hear the thermoelectric turn on and cool the unit down, turn the temp back up and the thermoelectric turns off but the internal fan stays running.
Is this is normal? It's not that big of a deal as I do plan on running a Ranco ETC-111000-000 Digital Temperature Controller.
