Guys, I haven't been making much jerky lately with the twins on the way, but I made a batch yesterday and have a few pounds available! This is all I will have for a while!

2 Lbs of Creole
1 Lbs of Hot Teriyaki
1 Lbs of the colon cleanser!

Damn! I was just thinking of asking about the Colon Cleanser too! Is it really that hot? This is what I get for going shopping with the wife...... :angry:

Its not as hot right now as usual. I made this batch with Habeneros instead of my usual pepper extract.

The hot teriyaki is basically the same thing, just not as hot. Try that out!

I will just wait for the HOT stuff to come back out again (1,000,000 SHU peaks my curiosity)! I can be very patient when needed. You too will learn this skill as your little ones push you to your limits!
 
Your jerky sucks! After a bag is opened it only lasts a few hours...less if friend's come by! :laugh:

Seriously! A few ounces of store bought jerky can last me a while. But HS's jerky...pounds just vanish! It is surely a quality control issue!
