Well, you're buying it from a guy who, it seems, just liquidates stock. And you don't get to see it before hand. So who knows what the seal is like. Yes, he's a powerseller and all that nonsense, but as high as his feedback rating is, that still leaves ~1500 customers who were unsatisfied for whatever reason.
It says the interior is made of Cedar. Well, humidors are usually made with Spanish Cedar, which isn't actually a type of cedar. So, that could mean any of a few things: 1) the guy has no clue about his product; 2) he has no idea what it's actually made from; 3) maybe it really is cedar, which would be terrible in a humidor.
Read the fine print: Shipping pretty much doubles the price of the humidor. All sales are final, and you have 3 days after the box arrives to figure out if it's defective and return it for another one, hoping you're not the dissatisfied customer that day.
And that's just from a quick scan of the auction. I'm sure if you look closer, you'd find more problems.
