Anyone know whats going on over there?

I ordered beads on the 24th. The site said that they will be reopening on the 30th of Sept. Well its the 4th of Oct now, the site still says that they will be re opening on the 30th of Sept.

Ive sent multiple emails with no responses, nothing.

Anyone know what the problem is over there? I cant use my humidor until I get these beads and this is seriously driving me nuts.

There isnt a phone number or anything to call to get a hold of those guys.

Any info would be much appreciated!

You would think they'd have that on their site. Somewhere convenient, like the home page. Maybe in a different colored box, to make it more easily distinguishable.

As for not using the humidor...well, there was a time when we didn't have any beads to use.

Devil Doc can tell you all about it...the good, the bad and the ugly of it all!

Jim...did you see this part...

"We will ship the orders placed during the time we are closed as soon as we can when we open."

So...you ordered on the 24th knowing 2 things:
1) They would open on the 30th
2) The sould send out as soon as they can

The later means, the orders could be a day, a week or longer behind.

As for the lack of response to emails, well, if I'm out for some time(or moving) it can be a while before I get to the back log of emails.

My bet is they'll have the stuff out before the end of the week...if not, then worry.

BTW - when and how many emails did you send them?
 
Forget it Gary. He's already moved on to hang out with the high rollers over in Caputo's world. I'm sure going to miss that guy and all of his contributions around here. :rolleyes:
 
Just to let you know, if you still happen to be lurking... Dave may have a backlog of orders to fulfill, and emails to respond to, he may not have gotten around to your order first.

I received an email from him this afternoon. He didn't take your money and run.
