I've been away from the cutting edge of the industry for a while and I'm wondering what's happened to the state of the Cigar Union lately? I stopped chasing the soon-to-be-released, hard-to-find, one-time-only, must-be-present-to-win sticks a while back, tightening my rotation to what I had on hand and the tried and true in the shops when I rarely got out to smoke.

What has "stuck" and is now on your must-have list? What cigars do you avoid at all costs? What manufacturers are putting out the most consistent products? The worst products? How hard is it for you to find your favorites sticks?

Being a newbe myself, I will only answer one of them.
Must haves for me are simple:
Padron Anniversary 1964
Rocky Patel Vintate 1990
and any ISOM I have tried so far...
