I know some of you may or may not be Yankees fans, but I saw this article this morning on ESPN (LINKY). So my question is what would you guys Steal if you could steal something from Yankees stadium. I want some laughter this morning so figure this would be a good sports way to get the Tuesday morning going.

I'm no sports fan at all, but just for iconic value I'd grab one of them cheap seats or two...

I have never been to a game, Yankees or otherwise, so I don't know what the seats look like, but I saw a couple in a collectibles store around here with a picture of the Babe and I thought they looked great.

A paycheck.

In all seriousness, though, my Grandfather has me on a mission to get a brick from the stadium. Yankee fan since he came over to the country, maybe even before, and the Stadium was built the same year he was born.

I've always thought it'd be neat to have a row of seats (like 4 or 5) in your "sports" den if you have one.

It'd be neat to have friends over all watching the game and you can say that those seats came from Yankee Stadium....or any stadium for that matter.......oh, and maybe a few neon beer signs.

NOTHING

X2, I wouldn't want anything from there in my lounge, all my Red Sox stuff would burst into flames. :D

You can not deny the fact that the Yankees have the most historical stadium of all time. Regardless of what team you like. They played many concerts there, they had 3 different popes give mass there, and the game back from 9/11 everyone was a Yankee for that one game.

I would think that any Boston fan would want a piece of Yankees stadium to state that "this is the stadium where the greatest comeback of all sports was accomplished". Just my .02, I know there are many Yankee haters but there is a lot more history to that stadium than just the Yankees playing there.

The only redeeming quality Yankee Stadium has is the Giants played there from '56 - '73.

of course a box seat set
a patch of grass
and a piece of the actual walls

And many college games.. None more than the famous "win one for the Gipper speech." Army vs Notre Dame.

Fella a couple of rows back from me on Sunday in blue and orange holding up a sign saying, "Even Mets Fans Cry Tonight" didn't seem to agree...

LMAO! Half smart kid from Queens...dumb for getting into the situation, smart for getting back out with his hide.

I grew up a few blocks from the stadium and although not a Yankee fan I have a ton of memories. I went to more Yankee games than I can remember, the majority for free. I remember the old green wooden turnstiles, if those were still available I would certainly buy one. I wouldn't steal anything, my parents taught me better

Not a damn thing. Just don't beleive in it. If they auction'd some pieces off or sold them and I was a fan, I might buy something.

Just got done over the last few months watching reports of looting of stuff at Tiger Stadium. Sad. Not much is sacred anymore.
