What to smoke @ The Kentucky Derby?

Okay the subject says it all. I will be making the trip from Maryland to the Kentucky Derby tomorrow night, to catch The Oaks on Friday, as well as a tour of the Woodford Reserve Distillery. The question at hand though is what should be scarificed at the derby?

Let me know what you think the lineup should be, and if I have it in my humi I will bring it. This is a special occasion so its a reason to burn some goodies.
