I think they are held and the burden is on you to prove that they are not Cuban. Chances are that you'll end up losing the cigars.

Contact your vendor. If there is tracking on this item, they may well be aware of the situation. They should be willing to make it right, if it is so stated in their delivery guarantee/policy.

Thanks. I am sure the vendor will make good since the cigars are insured. The vendor is one advertised here. I am very happy with him so far. The Fedex log says that the cigars were detained but released from customs and missed flight. So, I am hoping that the customs boys aren't smoking em' now! :angry:
