What do you do when you run out of room?

Well, I've been faced with the problem that everyone keeps re-stating over and over again. I'm starting to run out of room in my humble 60qt coolidor. My question, one that I've been wrestling with for a week or so, is do you go bigger, or just add another of equal size? Of course this is all just matter of opinion but still, I'm wondering what everyone else thinks.

If I got bigger I'd be able to keep everything in one humi, which would be nice(for me anyway). If I get another of equal size I'm sure it would be more manageable and also more beneficial in some areas, but I'd have to clear space for another 60qt cooler.

So, anyway, sorry if this has been beaten to death, feel free to give me all the guns if this is a simple matter of searching(which I was too lazy to do in this case).

**EDIT: And I suppose I better make this clear first: I won't send my overflow sticks to anyone to fix the problem!.....But I might do it out of the kindness of my heart.

Smoke more and smoke faster!

Go bigger for storage and stack the 60 on top for 'everyday' smokes.

Me - I just put the aged stuff in a bag and keepit on to of the fridge or counter for a while...works like a charm! ;)

One of these will do for a while:

...haven't figured out what to do when it fills up....

Slippery slope you're on there, my friend, but you're in good company.... ;)

Good luck - B.B.S.

Those fill up pretty fast! That is why I still have my coolers

Start out by giving cigars as a way of sharing your hobby with others

Well dude, they say size doesn't matter.

The sad thing it does, go bigger. The 120qt coolers are 45$(ish) at Walmart, might as well get one and succumb to your hobby.

Also, temporarily: start a few contests!

Got some good replies, thanks guys....and B.B.S...that's just not big enough.

For economical reasons I think I'll just have to go ahead and get myself a nice 120qt cooler. Maybe I'll have to take some advice and start a contest or two.

Start a cooler and go big, you'll need it.
Exactly - not a big deal, just buy a BIG cooler. When that fills up, buy another. My cooler actually does a better job than any of my present or past humi's in regulating temp and humidity.

That is a cooooool humidor! I have a dilemma and I can fill up at least 5 of those with my sticks and I am thinking of making a humidor in my garage. However, I have a problem and would like some feedback, if possible. I live in Tampa and the summer heat in the garage is awful....! So, was wondering if I build a small 6 x 9 room, ac with humidication, and insulate the newly made walls that will be covered with drywall, will that keep out the heat??? Any ideas?

You really can't win no matter what you do. Congrats, you are beginning that slide down a very very slippery, expensive, but fun slope.

Three years ago I got a 100 bottle Haier and was sure that was it, because I only half filled it and I was a happy camper. Three years later, the fridge is full, a 60qt in my office is full, a 150 ct desktop in my office is full and though going forward I intend to only buy as many as I smoke, I know that won't happen.

So, go ahead and get a 120 qt cooler....then in two years you'll buy a second one.....then a third............then a huge cabinet....................and then back to the coolers for over flow.

It's a disease, but at least we have a support group here, LOL.

know this....you are in very good company. :D

The more space you have, the more you buy. Less space is not a bad thing. ;)

The advantage of being a woodworker is that I can make my own humidor when I run out of space.
