I plan too, they are in quarantine now. Then in a few weeks they will go to gen pop and begin the aging process. Can you tell me if these commonly go through a sick period after a while?

If they go through a sick period, it will be within the first year. Open the box and smell them… if you smell ammonia (sharp tingling in your nose) let them rest for another year. If you have no tingling in the nose, you can try these after about 6 months…

Thank you, I will check them in a couple weeks and see if they have any ammonia odor.

Not sure if they're the San Lotano Requiems, but hopefully they are. The Requiems are probably my favorite AJ stick right now (non-collabo). Full bodied, flavorful, woody spice bombs! Hardly any ammonia... :P

How does that subscription work? I don't see any bands on the sticks.. are they 2nds?

I just started off with the lowest subscription they have which they call “Farm Rolled”. $20 a month for 4 cigars they source directly from a well known farm/roller/factory. I believe ones that don’t hit the market they just ask them to make a certain amount kinda chefs choice if you will. Here is the link

I looked at their site.. it's interesting. Are the 4 cigars always the same (just different vitolas)? Or can you get 4 different ones each month?

Every month has been completely different cigars from different rollers/farms/factories. This is only my 3rd month though and this month is AJ Fernandez and my first month was also AJ but these cigars are completely different
