Wet Spot

So, I use Boveda packs (AWESOME), one of my desktops has this consistent wet spot (a few square inches in size) on one of the inside walls.

The boveda is not in contact with this spot or anything. Humidity has been consistent around 65.

I am wondering what could cause this wet spot that wont go away. I will probably have to dry it out. But I thinking it will just come back, maybe something with the wood there.

Its not an oil or something that came into contact with it? Did you put a Drac with varnish on it in your humidor? LOL.

It could be a pitch pocket. If it is, there's nothing you can do about it.

Doc.

My humi has a stain inside that I tried to sand out before setting up. Didn't work so I just left it. I imagine that if it's not "wet", just a stain, there would be no adverse effects. Maybe a picture would help?

Of course, this always seems to work. :whistling:

"Great when I’m facedown on the sheets!", I love it.

Yea I'll try to get a pic up. It maybe less of a "spot", and more of an "area". imagine a little spill that won't dry up.
