Watermark on Tax stamp

I can't remember when exactly they started using the tax stamp with a watermark. Does anyone here know?

I believe they started with the new stamp with serial numbers and then added the watermark later is that correct? The question would be then, when did they add the watermark?

when cigar nexus first described the new seals...john chunko described the fluorescing(under a black light)water mark...so they came out at the same time.

Thanks, and I also looked on Nexus and came to the same conclusion. I was worried about a box I received recently where I could not see the watermark and it was from 2001. However, after putting on the reading glasses I could then see the watermark under the blacklight.
