I needed to kill some time before my club fitting so i headed over to DC's W. Curtic Drappers. They have been around for 122 years and they as the manufacturers to make them something every year. This past year La Aurora got the honor. The first third was a bit dry, woody yet dusty. It took a second cut of the beli. to really open it up. A definate lession to all of you beli smokers out there. After the cigar opened up some, the cream began to come in. The second third brought in some citris flavors. The cigar is a solid medium body and also showed some vanilla notes. The last third developed these flavors more so. I didn't get to pay much attention to the last third much b/c i needed to head on over to the golf course and in doing so, navagate through DC's tourest/out-of-town population. I liked it and will enjoy the remaining 5 that i have.
