Take a Trilogy Exotic Maduro Churchill + 1 year humi time = WOW!!! :0

If i was blindfolded and not allowed to touch the cigar, i could have sworn i was smoking a Padron 64 Maduro! It was that good! Beautiful, flawless wrapper with a carefully applied cap and zero veins made this a beauty of a cigar. Ive never had one of these before but i was plain amazed at the complexity of the tastes...SUPER SMOOTH, creamy, wonderful, slightly sweet smoke filled my mouth and the air with a slightly refreshing tingly finish. Draw was nothing short of perfect...even with a punch. Ash was a light grey and held on wonderfully to about the 2" mark before it let go with a slight tap. I bought this one almost a year ago to the day and forgot about it...found it burried under a stash of bundles. Ive got one more but its only been in there maybe 3-4 months...wish i bought a couple boxes of these suckers a year ago!! Might just have to make a trip down to denver and see if anyones got these bad boys in stock...with some age, they are flay out amazing for a 3 dollar cigar.

Was it one of the three-sided sticks, or the "new" round ones...??

Got a few of the three-sided ones in the cooler; they smoked pretty darn good when new....may have to dig one out and give it another try....

Well,

You got my attention. Yet another stick for the ever-growing "to try" list. :D

Thanks for the delicious review!

It was the 3 sided ones...interesting shape to say the least. Havent tried any of the newer round ones.

Just picked up a couple of the torpedoes and the robustos. While I was at it, I also stocked a few of the Hoyo de Monterrey (NC) Dark Sumatra. Man, for a maduro fan, those sticks look great in their cedar wrappers.

Thanks again Gary. Always glad to give you my money. :D

And you probably do not want to try new "rounded" ones as the profile is different.

And i cant find the 3 sided ones ANYWHERE anymore.... :angry2:

I buy the 3-sided Trilogy locally at my B&M. They also have a website that lists these. Let me know if you want me to pick any up for you. I just checked Holts and JRCigars and I don't see them listed there.
