I do not have a command of adjectives or a palate that readily identifies flavors like cedar, creamy, spice, nutty, chocolate, etc. and frankly it isn't my style to describe enjoyment in this manner anyway. Therefore, I hope you find this review useful. This was one of the first smokes to garner my attention.
The Torano Reserva Selecta Robusto comes in a glass tube with a cedar lining. Very classy. This Torano is a Honduran cigar with an Indonesian binder with Dominican, Honduran and Nicaraguan fillers that are aged 3 to 5 years. The construction is flawless with a Connecticut Shade wrapper that is small veined with a smooth oily presentation. I found it to be a mild to medium bodied cigar with a great draw and ample smoke. The aroma was pleasing and not pungent with a tasty finish.
I smoked this while enjoying a spectacular rum cake chased with dark roasted coffee. What a treat! I recommend this tasty cigar for new smokers like myself with developing palates.

Factoid: Torano was rolling around 300,000 cigars annually in 2000 when the Reserva Selecta was introduced.
This is my first cigar review. It is truly difficult to put into words the "messages of the senses". What is interesting is discovering the vulnerabilities of sharing one's beliefs.
