Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 20 year old. The one in the black bag is the 23 year old Van Winkle Family Reserve... first edition. They made 900 first and then 400 about 9 months later.

Old Overholt has an undeserved rep, it is actually a pretty good Rye. I'd place it above the Jim Beam, Pikesville and is at least the equal to Wild Turkey, maybe a bit better. Can't make a proper Manhattan without Rye.

Once you are working you'll be able to get all sorts of bourbon that I can't buy here. Surprising amount of export only bourbon is sold in the UK and EU.
