Is the 3/2006 issue of the European Cigar Cult Journal the one with the vertical OpusX tasting?

Also, I went through checkout but the shipping for the $5.95 magazine is $4.20. Is there any way around this?

The OpusX tasting I believe is in the next issue to come out in Nov?

I tried to setup a mailing via first class but because of the weight of the magazine 15 ounces, the shipping came out to be the same as USPS Priority mail.
