He is a well known character. No spoilers in case you haven't researched him. I'm looking forward to seeing how they develop him. Did you notice him sporting 2 bowies?Got to give them credit. They start the season with killing off three and now in this past episode they introduce this new guy that seems creepy and has some type of plot.
A long episode of Kaaaarl would have been painful. This new dude is like David Blaine.Good episode. I'm glad we didn't have 5 weeks of Carl laying in the doctors office... and the plot change is nice.
Maybe...nobody knows. He's a badass in the comix.I like this new guy! Seams to be a special ops guy, military background maybe?
I just don't think it's a good idea to be Rick's girlfriend...
Should I read the comic to get a better understanding? Took me a while, 3 seasons, to really get into it, but now I'm hooked. I few things about the show bothered me early on.
1. If you can smear guts all over you to keep yourself self safe- wouldn't you do that all the time?
2. Why don't they wait til winter when all these things freeze and just walk around killing them?
I'm going with a massive feral herd of goats....Like I've asked before, who is mowing all the grass?
There's a joke there, but I'm not going there...I'm going with a massive feral herd of goats....
I agree, this is the only way I can turn off my brain and relax a little. But I have a tendency to comment to my wife sitting next to me about some of the unreal stuff in TV shows. She always says the same thing, "honey it's TV". I say, "yea, I know......"Like I've asked before, who is mowing all the grass?
Suspending disbelief has always been easy for me. I love escapism, and that trait makes it easy for me to enjoy some pretty bad Sci-Fi and Fantasy.
They do talk about the walkers moving slower in the winter months in the comics. I'm not geek enough to recall the issue, but I recall reading it. The lawns getting mowed thing has been a running joke with me for a long time too. I'll forgive it given the show overall hold my attention like no other. There are A LOT of comics. here is a link for your reference http://www.omgbeaupeep.com/comics/The_Walking_Dead/
As far as waiting til winter.... They are in the south no freezing weather there. Heck even in Fear the Walking Dead they are in California, again no freezing weather. However, I imagine they could be whacked up in the northern states.
I've never watched Game of Thrones. Might be avoiding a binge watching episode. I do have plenty of cigars...Game of Thrones
Game of Thrones might be next to me. In the last 3 months I have watched: Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, Narcos, Homeland....need a break Breaking Bad is still the best as far as i'm concerned.I've never watched Game of Thrones. Might be avoiding a binge watching episode. I do have plenty of cigars...
